The council collects every three weeks first thing in the morning and a private company collects two out of three weeks. On Mondays the site supervisor takes rubbish out from the bin cupboards ready for collection. There are large green bins to be used if your bins are too full, two are at the railway top end of the site and two in the bin store in the centre of the estate. Please do not put large items in there when clearing your property, there is a council tip where large items can be taken on the road over to Caernafon (turn left off the A487 just after Dolbenmaen, you can see it on this\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.co.uk\/maps?f=q&amp;source=s_q&amp;hl=en&amp;sll=52.954197,-4.210446&amp;sspn=0.006076,0.013711&amp;gl=uk&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;ll=52.957635,-4.245958&amp;spn=0.023009,0.054846&amp;t=h&amp;z=14\">map<\/a>\u00a0as a grey rectangle of concrete in the middle of the map).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For people that can&#8217;t take items to the council dump Gwynedd Council operate a bulk collection service, \u00a319 for up to 5 items, contact Gwynedd Council on 01766 771000 There is also a local charity that will collect items of furniture, Cwmni Seren can be contacted on 01766 512512<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-neve-link-hover-color-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong>Recycling :<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A new bin store has been built in the middle of the estate which has recycling bins collected every Monday, please follow the guidance on what is to be put in the bins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-neve-link-hover-color-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong>Site Supervisor :\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The site caretaker is Barry Leathwaite. He maintains the site for South Snowdon Wharf limited and should be contacted if you have a question related to the site. Barry Leathwaite also provides a caretaker service for owners who do not live on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-neve-link-hover-color-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong>Tradesman :&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are a list of tradesmen that have have worked on the site. Historically many different approaches have been used to overcome this. There is now an approved method using modern polycarbonate and railing clips.  A copy of the approved method can be found below. If you are considering upgrading please follow this guide or contact to discuss alternative methods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The balconies are an important design feature of the estate so for everyone&#8217;s benefit it is better to maintain a consistent look.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/southsnowdonwharf.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/balcony-design-brief-2018.pdf\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-nv-c-2-color\">Balcony Design Brief<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-neve-link-hover-color-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Moorings:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are 11 wall moorings on the estate on the harbour side. If you would like a mooring please email us&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:info@southsnowdonwharf.co.uk\">info@southsnowdonwharf.co.uk<\/a>. Each mooring has a ladder to it and a tap and costs \u00a3460 from March 1st until 31st October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-neve-link-hover-color-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong>Dinghy Park<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Space on the dinghy park is limited and a nominal charge is made depending on size as the fairest way of sharing this scarce resource. Please do not leave a boat on there before first contacting us to see if you can have a space&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:info@southsnowdonwharf.co.uk\">info@southsnowdonwharf.co.uk<\/a>.
