Covid 19

We hope you and your family are keeping safe and well in these very difficult times.

Welsh government advice is changing and we may all be allowed to return to the wharf soon but the virus is still with us so when visiting could you please consider the following :-

• The external space is shared and everyone has a right to walk around the estate so please if you are sitting outside remember people will be walking past so please make sure they still can whilst remaining socially distanced.
• The bin store is a shared facility so the doors will be removed to reduce a shared touching point and increase ventilation.  John Chirgwin will also where possible try to leave bin lids open to reduce the need to touch handles. When the estate is busy we only just have enough bin space for normal domestic waste, certainly not enough for the annual clear out people do in the spring. Please do not use the bins for larger items (duvets, pillows, old furniture or equipment) either take them home or to the council tip that is open again.
