We obtain information about you when you become an owner of a property on South Snowdon Wharf or when you rent a mooring or dinghy space. We obtain this either directly from you or from your solicitor as part of the notice of assignment of a lease.  If you include your property on the to let page of the website you complete a form and send us the information.

We collect your name and an address in the United Kingdom to be used for correspondence. We also collect contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses. Although many people pay us by standing order we do not have control over this payment and we hold no banking information. Property and contact details for properties included in the to let page.

  • to carry out our obligations as freeholders arising from the lease of the property, this includes sending out service charge letters and ground rent demands.
  • to carry out our obligations as freeholders arising from the lease with regards maintenance of the estate, this may include instruction contractors to carry out works.
  • to send out invoices for wall moorings and dinghy park fees as part of the contract entered into by you.
  • to provide information and updates on the South Snowdon Wharf Estate.
  • We will hold your personal information on our systems only for so long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract with you. 
  • to include your property on the to let page of the web site

We will not sell your information to third parties. We will not provide your information to third parties other than as required with contractors to carry out works as required within the terms of the lease agreement.  

We have a legal obligation to write to you with service charge and ground rent information. You have the choice if you do not wish to receive other information from us with regards the Estate.

You have the right to:
